Caroline joined the CU-Boulder advancement team in September 2015 after 17 years at Stanford University. As the Director of Women鈥檚 Golf and Head Coach at Stanford, she guided her teams to seven Top-16 finishes at the NCAA Championships, including four Top-5鈥檚 and highlighted by a Runner-Up finish in 2000. Additionally, Caroline shared responsibility for raising in excess of $20M in capital gifts, endowments, and annual giving for Stanford Golf.


Caroline serves CU as the Senior Director of Development for the College of Engineering and Applied Science, responsible for raising private philanthropic support for Mechanical Engineering.
After her tenure at Stanford, Caroline served as Vice President, Business Development at a SF Bay Area recruiting firm and also founded Sonix Golf, an industry-leading golf product manufacturer.


Caroline earned a bachelor of arts in English from St. Francis University (PA). She is married, has two active boys, and enjoys spending time with her family, skiing, gardening, hiking, snorkeling, and attending sporting events. Caroline has served on several non-profit boards, including her current role as a director on the board of The First Tee of Silicon Valley.
