Olivia Omega (Bus ’01)
As a TEDx speaker, diversity and inclusion advocate, author, branding strategist and seasoned entrepreneur, Olivia has over 20 years of brand positioning and digital marketing experience across startup, nonprofit, and public and private sectors. During this time she has studied the importance of authenticity for both brands and individuals — and what it means for personal brands to show up in a genuine way. As senior director of marketing and communications at the nonprofit Denver Scholarship
Foundation (DSF), Olivia helps make college possible for students and builds the educational and economic future of Denver. She collaborates with Denver Public Schools high school students, families and partners statewide to increase access and completion of post-high school learning, while also expanding generational exposure to career and entrepreneurial opportunities. Olivia serves a Board of Advisors member of the Presidents Leadership Class at the ¾«Æ·SMÔÚÏßӰƬ and is the Founder Track Chair for Denver Startup Week.
Olivia graduated from the ¾«Æ·SMÔÚÏßӰƬ Leeds School of Business and CU Presidents Leadership Class in 2001. Since then, Olivia has volunteered her time mentoring students and lecturing on personal branding and marketing. She has a deep passion for encouraging and inspiring high school and college students in the areas of leadership and business, as well as championing nonprofit projects and missions that elevate under-represented communities. Olivia is a 2023 recipient of the ¾«Æ·SMÔÚÏßӰƬ Alumni Recognition Award.
