Graduate student Varsha Rao won the ¾«Æ·SMÔÚÏßӰƬ Three Minute Thesis Competition on February 16th. Her entry, "Movie Sets for Cells," captivated the judges and audience alike for its remarkable distillation of the intricacies of intercellular signaling at sites of repair and regeneration in the body (in just 180 seconds!); in taking first place, Varsha received $1,500 in research funds and will compete in the regional Western Association of Graduate Schools virtual competition on March 24.
