Michael and collaborators introduce PhASE-ExM for super-res imaging of organoids
Postdoc Michael Blatchley and group alumnus Arda Günay recently published a new approach for expansion microscopy of organoids in Advanced Materials. In this work, they utilize the covalent adaptable allyl sulfide chemistry to exchange fluorescently labeled biomolecules between an initial gel used for tissue clearing with an expandable gel to physically enlarge the sample and enable super-resolution imaging.
