Revi Sterling received a BA in creative writing/critical theory from the University of Montana. Her ATLAS PhD research focused on ICTD. After graduation she started the first ICTD practitioner master's program at ¾«Æ·SMÔÚÏßӰƬ's ATLAS Institute. She then became the director of the USAID WomenConnect Challenge.
