Rates published by the Bursar’s Office are approved by the Board of Regents annually in accordance with the level of cash fund appropriations set for the university by the Colorado General Assembly. The Board of Regents reserves the right to change tuition and fees at any time. Tuition for professional programs is assessed on a linear credit hour basis (each credit hour is the same rate) and is charged based on residency classification, number of credit hours and your college, school or program. Fractional credit hours outside of flat rate tuition are assessed the average rate between the two closest credit hours. Dual degrees and double majors are charged the higher rate. These rates apply to Boulder Main Campus only. Classes taken on different campuses and Boulder Continuing Education have separate tuition, fees and billing. Costs listed are billed directly by ¾«Æ·SMÔÚÏßӰƬ but may not include everything. See Understanding Your Cost of Attendance. Rates and deadlines may be subject to change.

Tuition and fees are just one part of the overall cost to attend ¾«Æ·SMÔÚÏßӰƬ. The full cost of attendance for an academic year could include expenses such as on-campus housing and food, books and supplies, and items that are not billed by the university, such as personal expenses, transportation and medical insurance.
