Ying Zeng is an Assistant Professor of marketing at the Leeds School of Business at the ¾«Æ·SMÔÚÏßӰƬ. She received his PhD in marketing from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. Before that, she obtained her master's degree in social sciences from the University of Chicago, and her dual bachelor's degrees in psychology and economics from Peking University.

Ying is an expert in inconsistencies and biases in consumer decision-making, especially in the substantive contexts of digital marketing, strategic decisions, and consumption experience. Her research has been published in leading business and psychology journals, such as Management Science, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, and Journal of Experimental Psychology: Applied.
