Kendra Colyar, a M.S. candidate in our Environmental Engineering program,听was awarded a fellowship for membrane technology by the National Water听Research Institute and the American Membrane Technology Association.听The fellowship provides two years of funding at $10,000 per year for "solving听water supply and quality issues through the widespread application of听membrane technology.
Kendra is working with Dr. John Pellegrino on the optimization of water re-use in听biomass-to-fuel processing.
