Program Council speaker system is no longer needed.

They can use the Glenn Miller house system.

Don鈥檛 need the Program Council audio system.

They will have help from Program Council with lighting.

$42 on two microphones vs. $400 on audio system for Program Council.

Food is really important because it will help with attendance.

Because of the pandemic, people don鈥檛 want to go to events.

Food will encourage people to come to the event.

It鈥檚 okay if we don鈥檛 have the entire quote. Cost will be cut by around $200 (still awaiting the new quote).

Planning on removing the cookies and coffee. Only having fruit platter and hot chai.
