-
-
Discussion
-
Who gets to attend?
-
If the event is focused on preparing for a service trip then is it still open to all students?
-
-
Use the VRC to get official training for the event instead of just saying things along the lines of 鈥渄on鈥檛 be a white savior.鈥
-
-
Budgetary Questions (to send to organization)
-
Will you all make sure to contact the Volunteer Resource Center and try to incorporate them into your event?
-
Is there a way you could make the title of your event more specific?
-
Note: CEB only funds food when it is deemed necessary for the success of an event. If we do not fund your food, there are other funding sources available on campus (college student governments, Vice Chancellor, ODECE, etc.).

Please note that CEB only funds decorations deemed culturally relevant to the event. If CEB decides not to fund your decorations, there are other funding sources throughout campus we can point you towards.

CEB policy dictates that we cannot fund photo booths. CSI may have one you can borrow/rent.

Discussion
