      1. Multicultural Greek Council “MGC Yardshow 2022”, October 25th 5:00-10:00 p.m.

          1. Saw digital marketing on campus 

          2. Saw posters on campus as well

        3. Logistics

          1. Chairs

            1. Would be ideal to give the audience a place to sit during their nearly hour-long presentation

          2. Largely seemed like a recruitment event

          3. Ending was sort of like a slow walk-away (no clear “hey y’all we’re done for the night”)

          4. Event also seemed like it was targeted towards only students that were affiliated with MGC/the groups that were already there.

          5. Set up was messy (might be PC might be MGC)

          6. Overall vision of the event was disorganized with the few audience members there not sure of where to go/what to do

          7. No post-event survey posted anywhere

          8. Spelling issues in their historical relevance

          9. The advertising for the event was also perceived as being recruitment-focused

          1. Walking through their plans for the next event to ensure it’s not the same

          2. Communication with CEB was not ideal

          3. Call MGC in for a hearing that discusses the shortcomings of their event

          4. Bring in MGC for a pre-probation hearing

          1. Took a full 8 days to get back to us like geesh

          2. “Our performances are almost complete, we are in the process of buying costumes and decorations”

          3. They’re currently working on marketing and we will send them the details ab the post-event survey soon

          3. Motion to increase funding for Saudi Students Association “Saudi Foundation Day,” by $684.35

          2. Wanted to receive a discretionary budget for ordering food for attendees at the time of the event

          3. Money cannot be used to purchase alcohol - note to organization

          4. Requesting 50 per plate actual amount = 50 * 0.48 = $24.00 per plate 

          5. 960 total + 192 + 38.4 = $1,190.40

      1. Presence troubles! Ahhh sorry! Finance is seriously working on a solution but please have students reach out to me if they have questions or issues accessing budgets or submitting requests. - They should already be talking to their CSI liaisons first anyways.

        1. Also CSI has walk-in hours every day from 10am-5pm if orgs need help or have questions!

      2. Please be sure to total your hours at the end of each week!

        1. About the Israel-Palestine Conflict

          1. Documentary with a discussion with the prof (Dr. Ahlam Muthaseb) who directed the film and has spent a good chunk of her career studying the region, its history, and its peoples. Also snacks provided!
