MetroLab Summit
MetroLab — a national network of 40 city-university partnerships focused on urban innovation — is holding its annual summit in Boulder Sept. 19-20, 2019. The ¾«Æ·SMÔÚÏßӰƬ, led by the Community Engagement, Design and Research Center (CEDaR ) and the Program in Environmental Design (ENVD), are co-hosting the event with the city of Boulder.

¾«Æ·SMÔÚÏßӰƬ has entered into MetroLab MOU’s with the cities of Denver, Boulder, and Longmont as well as Boulder County, and a number of research projects have been initiated under these MOUs. Among other workshops, CEDaR is sponsoring a roundtable, "Climate change and research needs of local governments: the Colorado experience," which will provide an opportunity to discuss city research priorities related to climate change and climate change research partnerships that include city staff and ¾«Æ·SMÔÚÏßӰƬ researchers.
