Benson Center visiting scholars John C. and Elizabeth C’de Baca Eastman recently led a riveting discussion on  "Liberty vs. Security: The Constitution in Times of Crisis" at the Steamboat Institute's August 28-29, 2020 Freedom Conference & Festival at the Park Hyatt in Beaver Creek, Colorado. .  

Constitutional scholar and professor John C. Eastman is currently the director at Chapman University's Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence and the ¾«Æ·SMÔÚÏßӰƬ Benson Center's Visiting Scholar in Conservative Thought and Policy for the 2020-21 academic year. His wife, political scientist and professor Elizabeth C’de Baca Eastman, is the Center's 2020-21 Senior Scholar in Residence.
