Research Interests:听My broad research interests focus on understanding self-regulation, motivation, and decision-making factors that drive health behavior engagement. My current specific听program of research focuses on easy-to-implement strategies that individuals can use to improve their immediate affective experience of exercise, including the impact of health-monitoring technology on motivation to exercise, as well as whether it is better to engage in mindfulness or distraction during cardiovascular exercise.

搁别蝉辫辞苍蝉颈产颈濒颈迟颈别蝉:听I am most involved in CU CHANGE projects that involve exercise research, and have spent most of my time in the lab working on the GEM study particularly. I also contribute to data analysis on a variety of lab projects.

About me:听I am from Southern California, and in my spare time I enjoy running, yoga, cooking, listening to podcasts, and exploring the amazing mountains and alpine lakes in Colorado.
