Motivating learners from the first day to using culturally responsive teaching practices throughout the semester promotes learner success. Data inform听us that learners鈥� sense of belonging and connection to others, including instructors, are more important than ever and are often the barrier to success and retention. Intentionally creating the conditions for establishing inclusion, developing a positive attitude, enhancing meaning, and engendering competence is sure to improve learner motivation and learner success this semester!

Both bring a wealth of experience and expertise in assessment practices, as well as many other aspects of teaching and learning, to their new roles.
