Reminders about cost sharing

Cost sharing means that ��ƷSM��ӰƬ is providing money, employee effort, or tangible goods toward the direct costs of a sponsored research project. Such contributions may be made by ��ƷSM��ӰƬ, the principal investigator, or by other third parties, but all are a form of cost share.

Oct. 6 at noon to Oct. 9 at 8 a.m.: UIS will move physical equipment to a new, modern facility on the Anschutz Medical Campus. All applications dependent on the data center will be unavailable during the three-day implementation window. Read to find out more and see a complete list of affected services.

Curious about this year’s campus budget?

��ƷSM��ӰƬ’s FY24 current funds budget—topping $2.2 billion—was approved by the Board of Regents in spring. Updated charts and information on our current funds budget, including a specific focus on the General Fund budget, can be found on BFP’s website.

Anaplan budget tool implementation remains on schedule

We will be entering the build phase in mid-September. The implementation team collected over 100 user stories—explanations of a software feature from the end user’s perspective—for phase 1, which is scheduled to go live in early 2024.
