Thank you to everyone who attended the strategic planning workshops over the past several months. We received so much valuable input and feedback, and we鈥檙e grateful to have faculty and staff who are so passionate about the future of the college.
If you weren鈥檛 able to attend the workshops, the online feedback form will be available through Dec. 16. After that, we will close the form so that Dean Keith Molenaar can work with leadership on synthesizing all of the valuable input and perspectives that were shared.
On Friday, Jan. 13, at 10:30 a.m., we will reconvene to report on our progress and to discuss next steps for departments and units. Please plan to join us. It is important that all faculty and staff have a chance to contribute to the actions we will undertake to chart our collective path forward.
