Performance management deadlines 

• July 31: Classified staff deadline to make any necessary updates to 2023-24 performance goals 
• Aug. 1: Classified staff “Performance Planning Task” for 2024-25 will become available in Cornerstone 
• Aug. 23: All staff deadline to enter evaluations and goals into Cornerstone for review by CEAS HR 
• Sept. 15: All staff deadline for CEAS HR to submit final evaluations to campus HR

We're getting a team together for the second-annual ��ƷSM����ӰƬ Employee Softball Tournament, scheduled for July 18-19 at Stazio Fields in Boulder. All skill levels are welcome! Teams must supply their own bats and gloves. The tournament is open to all CU employees — no students or significant others unless they are full-time CU employees.

We need your help to welcome over 1000 new students through two days of activities. We have a range of shifts available Aug 13-23 to suit different needs. This is a great way to meet other CEAS employees and connect with colleagues from across departments—plus you get an awesome volunteer t-shirt and some special swag!

Volunteer shifts will either be in Williams Village or in the Engineering Center, pay special attention to the location when you sign up (parking at Williams Village will not be provided). The options for shifts span two pages so be sure to toggle to the 2nd page to see all opportunities available.
