You can also pursue a number of CU-taught global seminars, including four designed exclusively for engineering students:
- 听(Rome, Italy). No prerequisites. Earn upper-division H&SS credit.
- 听(Vienna, Austria). No prerequisites. Earn upper-division H&SS credit.
- 听(Xi鈥檌an, China). No prerequisites. Earn upper-division H&SS credit.
- 听(Paris, France). Prerequisites: CVEN 3525 or MCEN 2063 or ASEN 3112.
Don鈥檛 have much time to be abroad? Enroll in a global intensive this spring where you鈥檒l take a semester course taught at CU followed by a 10-12 day trip abroad right after finals. Engineering Global Intensives for spring 2019 include:
- (Kampala, Uganda). No prerequisites. Engineering Leadership听Class credit. This is an optional one-credit extension of COEN3050.
- (Lecco, Italy). This is an optional one-credit extension of AREN4110, HVAC System Design. AREN4110 is a required prerequisite.
- 听(Copenhagen, Denmark & Amsterdam, Netherlands). Perquisites: PHYS1110 & APPM1350
Need help paying for study abroad?
As听a CU student, nearly all of your scholarships and will follow you abroad, and CU exchange programs cost approximately the same as CU resident tuition. Additionally, the Education Abroad Office and the Engineering International Programs Office offer thousands of dollars in each year.
