Intermediate product design studio takes on packaging redesign
On Friday, Oct. 1, students in the intermediate product design studio, taught by Thea Nalls, presented final designs for their packaging redesign project.Ìý
Students were tasked with redesigning a component of packaging–a filler or container–that improves environmental impact, as well as the user experience. The packaging design needed to be a single-life product that could function as protection and as a stand-alone product, which meant the packaging must have an alternative use.Ìý
