Save the date for the 6th Annual Children's Book Festival:ÌýNovember 9, 2024, at Boulder Public Library

The ¾«Æ·SMÔÚÏßӰƬÌýSchool of Education and the Boulder Bookstore invite teachers, students, families, librarians, and all who enjoy children’s literature to join us for the 2024 Children's Book Festival.

Saturday, November 9: In-person event at the Boulder Public Library

ÌýÌý Boulder Public Library (Main Branch) |Ìý10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

  • Free in-person event open to the publicÌýwith author talks, panels, Q&A, book sales, signing and more.Ìý
  • Author panels catered to different grade levels with audience Q&A.
  • AuthorsÌýwill share their new books and talk about their creative process and influences.
  • Free educational resources and Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be available for teachers and librarians soon.
  • Registration for this event is recommended and will open soon!

Friday, November 8: Author & illustrators visit local schools

  • Authors will visit pre-selected schools in Boulder Valley School District, St. Vrain Valley School District, and other surrounding areas
  • Authors share about their books and creative processes to inspire children's reading and writing
  • Books will be provided to children and teachers in the partner schools for reading and author signing
