Alina Van Nelson earned her Bachelor鈥檚 and Masters of Arts degrees from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, Iasi, Romania, and her PhD from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She has served as the first-year French class coordinator for seven years, and currently coordinates intermediate and phonetics French Classes. She also serves as an education abroad liaison for the French program at 精品SM在线影片. Alina mainly teaches classes she currently coordinates (French 2110, French 2120 and French 3010). Alina served as an ACTFL OPI certified rater between 2019 and 2023. In her spare time, Alina loves to spend time with her family, read, garden and enjoys outdoor activities.
