Ryan is a 2nd year Ph.D. candidate听in Organizational Behavior from Cheyenne, WY.听Ryan's research focuses around mental well-being in the workplace. Particularly he focuses on depression and its impacts on employee retention and turnover. This will be Ryan's second year serving in GPSG and first as the Parliamentarian.
