Dissertation/Thesis Submission Process

  1. Format your thesis (templates are also available) and follow the Thesis Approval Form process by the required deadline.
  2. , attaching the single page Thesis Approval Form as a supplemental file,Ìýfor Graduate School review and approval.
  3. The Graduate School will contact you via email to let you know if your submission has been accepted or if revisions are needed. Any necessary revisions should be submitted by the posted deadline.Ìý
  4. Review the frequently asked questions or contact the Graduate School at gradinfo@colorado.edu should you have any questions or concerns.

Thesis Approval Form

  • As part of the submission process, obtain approval from your committee members on the thesis approval form through the workflow process.
    • Attach the final version of your thesis for their review.
  • After the complete thesis approval form is returned to you, save it as a separate one page document (uncoupled from your thesis).
  • Then, upload the single page thesis approval formÌýas aÌýsupplemental file along with the thesis.
