How to use your Anthem Gold Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP)
The Anthem Gold Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) is an insurance plan designed specifically for 精品SM在线影片 students. This plan provides comprehensive local, national and international coverage for medical and mental health services.

How to access your insurance cards听
Students may access their insurance cards through the Sydney Health app starting Aug. 1.听
Download the Sydney Health app from the or 蝉迟辞谤别听
Register by clicking 鈥楴ot Signed Up?鈥 at the bottom of the sign on screen听
Register using your first and last name, date of birth and student ID number听
Once signed in, select the 鈥業D Cards鈥 option from the top menu bar听
The Sydney Health app can also be used to review your claims, explore coverage benefits and find in-network providers.听
Using Anthem Gold SHIP
On campus听
The Anthem Gold SHIP provides full coverage for the following services provided on campus.听
- Primary care听
- Labs and X-ray*听
- Physical therapy (15 visits)听
- Nutrition counseling听
- Counseling and psychiatry (up to 14 visits)听
- Sexual and reproductive health听
- Chiropractic care (10 visits)听
*Lab services must be ordered and managed by Medical Services providers. Labs ordered by a community provider or sent out for processing to an outside facility will be subject to insurance terms including copays, deductible and coinsurance.听
Locally or nationally听
Follow these steps to find in-network community providers.听
- 1. Go to 听
- 2. Enter your member ID number (prefix BKJ) in the search menu听
- 3. Click 鈥淪earch鈥澨
- 4. Select your city, county or zip code from the top right search bar.听
- 5. Search for providers by:听
- Entering a specialty, name or National Provider Identifier (NPI) in the search bar听
- Selecting one of the specialty options for the bottom menu听
- 6. Select 鈥淰iew Details鈥 to view more information about a particular provider.听
Pharmacy benefits听
The Anthem Gold SHIP can be used to fill prescriptions on campus at the Apothecary pharmacy or at most pharmacy retailers.听听
To search for specific medication coverage and estimated costs, you can use .听
Simply search for a prescription by name or use the alphabetical sorting option to browse different medications.听听
