For twelve years I鈥檝e provided pain relief through massage therapy to the general public. Over those years I have advanced my initial basic knowledge of massage, kinesiology and anatomy and incorporate each facet into multidisciplinary integrated massage sessions. Neuromuscular reprogramming (NMR), orthopedic massage, myofascial release, deep tissue, skillful touch and skilled Swedish work are the techniques I鈥檝e honed over the years and apply to tailor each session to the individual needs of each client. No session is the same, whether discovering the source of lower back pain or easing chronic stress.听
