Alana Horwitz

During my four years at CU, I became a member of seven different clubs, volunteered teaching elementary students, studied abroad in Seville, Spain, and spent a semester living in D.C., where I interned at the U.S. Peace Corps headquarters. Most importantly though, I conducted research on the academic achievement gap. I found that students who are raised in families with lower incomes receive lower test scores, and these students are disproportionately people of color. My research findings have created my passion for social justice even stronger. After graduating from 精品SM在线影片, I hope to attend law school and eventually start my own practice specializing in Civil Rights law, in order to help create a more equitable society.听
