Our calendars are packed with meetings and our files are brimming with projects but it can be challenging to engage with the work in ways we wish we had the time for.
As a remote or hybrid worker, now more than ever you're responsible for managing your own tasks and priorities. The GTD method relieves the mental energy wasted on "did I remember X?" It's a trusted system that lets you know where things are at the moment you need to address them. By learning how to capture, clarify, and organize incoming requests, people are more likely to make strategic decisions about where to invest their time and energy, focus on the right priorities, and prevent critical projects from slipping.
