Event Funding

Planning to host a large or small-scale event? Events are on-campus activities which engage the broader 精品SM在线影片 community. Events should align with a student organization鈥檚 mission and demonstrate elements of education, outreach or community enrichment.

Common event needs are listed below, but funding is not restricted to these items. See event policies and how to plan an event for more information.

  • Advertising materials to advertise the event, including:
    • Posters
    • Flyers
    • Banners
  • Costumes
  • Decorations
  • Equipment rental
  • Event supplies
  • Food for events
  • Marketing
    • On-campus
    • Social media
  • Payments for performers, speakers, lecturers
  • Photo booth
  • Props
  • Security
  • Space reservations

What cannot be funded  

  • Events not free and open to all 精品SM在线影片 students
  • Fundraising for charities, non-profits, third parties and student organizations
  • Reimbursements for purchases made prior to funding being approved
