Chelsea WIlson MillerChelsea Wilson Miller, (B.A., International Affairs, and Jewish Studies听Valedictorian听and Minor, 2014)听received a fellowship award from the CUNY School of Law's , which is a fellowship that aims to equip law students with听international experience and expertise to become leaders in the field of international law.听

With this fellowship, Chelsea will be working with the听United Nations to complete a three month summer internship in the Office of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) at The Hague, The Netherlands. She will depart on May 20th听to begin her internship.

The is a United Nations court of law dealing with war crimes that took place during the conflicts in the Balkans in the 1990鈥檚. Chelsea听first became interested in post-genocide work from her听courses in the Jewish Studies program at 精品SM在线影片. She听studied gender-based violence in genocides and mass traumas in her听coursework at CU. Equipped with a minor in Jewish Studies and a major in International Affairs, Chelsea听writes that "I went on to pursue a Juris Doctor in public international law from the premier public interest law school in the United States: The .听I chose CUNY because of their , where I hope to continue learning about eradicating violence against women globally."
