The research in our group is on the development and application of new ultra-resolution nonlinear and ultrafast optical microscopy techniques. Using scanning probe tips as optical antennas allows us to resolve the quantum nature and emergent properties of materials at their elementary ultrafast time and atomic length scales. Examples range from nano-imaging quantum phases in 2D materials, energy transfer in molecular photonic and electronic materials, to pico-cavity control of single emitter for quantum information processing.
