Research Summary

Jesús is a 2ndÌýyear graduate electrobuff co-advised with Dr. Will Medlin, joining us from the University of Puerto Rico – Mayagüez. His research will focus on gaining fundamental understanding about the catalyst/ionomer interface of electrochemical systems. In his spare time, Jesús loves to travel, read, play video games and the occasional adventure in nature. He is also very passionate about sustainability, peer mentorship and the inclusion of underrepresented minorities in STEM. His ultimate goal is to make research and professional opportunities accessible to people regardless of their background, upbringing or financial circumstances.
