Haley is currently working as a process engineering staff professional at . She聽started in Phoenix, AZ and is now located in聽San Diego, CA. She聽worked with Cristina Poleacovschi聽researching knowledge governance and its effects on knowledge mobilization, funded by the National Science Foundation. She continued on this project, becoming a . Her聽work contributed to identifying barriers and enhancers to engineering knowledge management strategies through the qualitative analysis of interviews with individuals at an engineering consulting firm. During her聽time at CU, she聽played tenor saxophone for the CU Golden Buffalo Marching Band, was president of the Society of Environmental Engineers (SEVEN), and was a member of the Alpha Delta Chi Christian sorority.聽Outside of work, she is聽actively involved in AWWA/WEF (particularly with student outreach and involvement), loves being outdoors, and is passionate about travelling and doing community development work.
