Support research in the area of boron nitride composite materials.听 Investigate ALD coated and uncoated boron nitride particles as fillers in epoxide resins for enhanced thermal and mechanical properties.听Support experimental research for the manganese oxide solar-thermal chemical water splitting cycle, using only the sun鈥檚 energy and water as inputs to a three step cycle producing hydrogen gas.听Perform analytical characterization work, including LECO to analyze carbon, oxygen and nitrogen content, BET surface area, XRD, and thermal conductivity testing, for team research projects.
