College of Music graduate students John Lindsey and Nicole Vogel have been invited to perform a scene from Carmen听at the National Opera Association National Convention in San Antonio, Texas on January 6.听 Together with music director听Christopher Zemliauskas, this scene will also be performed on the opera scenes program Tuesday, December 7 in the Music Theatre.
In addition, CU Opera鈥檚 production of听Our Town听(pictured above) was awarded Third Prize in the NOA Opera Production Competition. CU will be recognized and receive an award at the national convention final brunch in San Antonio.
