Join Daniel Silver, clarinet; Harumi Rhodes, violin; David Requiro, cello; and Hsing-Ay Hsu, piano for Messiaen's "The Quartet for the End of Time" on Tuesday, Oct. 4. Composed while Messiaen was held in a prisoner-of-war camp in German-occupied Silesia, this is considered one of the most monumental pieces in all of chamber music.
