Ann England teaches in the Criminal Defense Clinic at Colorado Law, where she's been a Clinical Law ProfessorÌýsince 2005. In 2015, after receiving a generous donation from Korey Wise, she started the Korey Wise Innocence ProjectÌýand became its faculty director. Prior to becoming a clinical law professor, she worked at the Federal Public Defender's Office and at the Colorado State Public Defender's Office. At the Colorado State Public Defender's Office, she worked in Arapahoe, Adams, Weld, Logan, and Denver Counties as a Deputy State Public Defender. She later became a division lead at the Colorado State Public Defender's Office in Denver. England received her J.D. from the University of Denver, 1995, Sturm College of Law; B.A. from the University of Michigan, 1990.
