Research Interests:

I am the leader of the quantum networking and transduction project within the Communications Technology Laboratory at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).听Our project involves the design and fabrication of quantum transduction devices, their bi-directional operation between the microwave and optical domains, and their use in the networking of superconducting quantum computers.听We are exploring both squeezed states and single photons as the distributed entanglement resource.听Our lab is located on the NIST-Boulder campus.听We are always looking for skilled and motivated graduate students and postdocs.听
