andrews-hannaarchCU Psychology and Neuroscience postdoc Jessica Andrews-Hanna (also ICS) and Professor Joanna Arch (Clinical) were in the news regarding a smartphone app they are using to study people's random mind wanderings over a course of days, weeks, and months. They were interviewed for a Denver Channel 7 News segment (among other media reports about this research). The app, called “Where's My Mind,” periodically interrupts its users and asks them to note whatever thoughts are in their minds at a given time. The data will help the researchers better understand helpful and unhelpful forms of mind wandering. Watch the channel 7 , or read the Daily Camera or the about the app and research.
