CU Psychology and Neuroscience graduate student聽Jess Keating聽(Social, mentored by Leaf Van Boven) was聽in the popular press, with an article about her dissertation research appearing in聽Colorado Arts & Sciences Magazine. This research, coauthored by Leaf Van Boven and Chick Judd, appeared in the Journal of Experiment Social Psychology and examined how having political discussions with like-minded people can cause one's views to become more polarized and that people can be unaware this is happening.
