You may be doing a bit less cycling these days due to the weather, so it’s a good time to learn about several organizations that are working to make cycling more inclusive.

: Growing and supporting a community of women of color who share a passion for cycling, they champion efforts to introduce the joy of cycling to all women, especially women and girls of color.

: Outride is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of youth through research, school-based cycling programs and community grants. Outride harnesses the benefits of cycling for the cognitive, socio-emotional and physical well-being of the youth while also helping to cultivate inclusive cycling communities.

: RFRJ exists to ensure access to resources, education and community for Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) cyclists and to dismantle systemic racism so that EVERYONE can feel safe, free and empowered to ride a bicycle.
