Starting Monday, June 15, our office will start adjusting the Fall 2020 schedule of classes to meet the health and safety goals that will enable our return to campus. Adjustments are expected to continue through mid-to-late July.

To ensure colleges, schools and programs have time to finalize Fall 2020 class schedules and set up freshman cohorts, the scheduled July 6 registration start date for new, incoming transfer and summer-to-fall students has been postponed.

Classes will now be held on campus through Wednesday, Nov. 25, shortening fall break (typically a full week), and all classes will continue remotely and/or online through the end of the semester. Many calendar dates have moved up accordingly, including the last day of classes (Dec. 8) and finals exams (Dec. 9–13).

Instructor/advisor preferred name has officially been added as a name type to Campus Solutions. The enrollment start date for incoming transfer and summer-to-fall undergraduates has been moved from May 26 to a yet-to-be-determined date in June.

Our Road Map to Fall 2020 calls for classes beginning as scheduled on Aug. 24 and finishing remotely after Thanksgiving break. It prioritizes health and safety considerations required to minimize risk and enable an on-campus academic model that accommodates both in-person and remote learning.

The Spring 2020 grace period for undergraduate and graduate students to request pass/fail ended at 11:59 p.m. on Monday, May 11. We ran an overnight process to post all grade rosters in "Approved" status, and have since begun to process the more than 7,000 pass/fail requests submitted during the grace period.

¾«Æ·SMÔÚÏßӰƬ is providing a grace period for Spring 2020 classes with a pass/fail deadline of April 30 or May 1. Undergraduate and graduate students now have until 11:59 p.m. on Monday, May 11, to submit a pass/fail request form to change their grade mode from letter grade to pass/fail or vice versa.

Some students are currently experiencing issues when attempting to change a Spring 2020 class's grade mode to pass/fail.
