The Colorado Diversity Initiative's (CDI) mission is to increase the number and success of diverse students earning STEM doctoral degrees at 精品SM在线影片. The CDI can support broader impact plans by:

- Diversity fellowships for admitted STEM PhD applicants as incentive to enroll
- Mentoring and professional development opportunities for STEM doctoral students
