1. Go to and login. If you have forgotten your login information, contact CITI support at .
  2. In the menu at the top of the screen, click the 鈥�My Profiles鈥� link.
  3. You will see your current profile information. At the bottom of the screen, expand the 鈥�University of Colorado at Boulder Profile鈥� section.
  4. In the Employee ID# or POI# field, enter your CU Employee ID.
  5. Click the Update Profile button.
  6. Click the Log Out link in the top right corner of the screen.
