The Office of Strategic Initiatives serves as a resource for Strategic Resources and Support units and works to implement the Chief Operating Officer鈥檚 vision by increasing organizational effectiveness through cross-functional project collaborations, intentional change management, and building organizational capacity through change and improvement efforts.
