Employee Wellness is now WorkWell at ¾«Æ·SMÔÚÏßӰƬ! WorkWell at CU is dedicated to building and sustaining a culture and environment that supports the well-being of our employees through awareness and utilization of programs, events, and services to foster a sense of belonging.Ìý

  • NetWorkWell is a network of faculty and staff who are engaged in and advocate for employee wellness. NetWorkWell creates an ecosystem of well-being to increase partnership and collaboration in support of employee wellness programming, policies and professional development/education.

WorkWell events, programs, workshopsÌý

    • Noon to 1 p.m.
    • Expressing gratitude has a positive impact on our mood and overall health and well-being. Join Health Promotion to learn more about the science of gratitude, try gratitude meditation and learn ways to incorporate gratitude into your daily life.
  • November 14: Mindfulness for the Holidays
    • 1 to 2 p.m.
    • Cultivate mindfulness this holiday season with strategies for the body, emotions, mind and relationships. Participants will learn to understand their stress responses and identify how a mindfulness practice can help regulate their systems. Practices will include mindfulness, meditation, cognitive restructuring, emotional awareness and regulation, communication, movement, and daily self-care techniques.

6th Annual Health and Wellness Summit Recap
Over 1,200 staff, faculty and community members attended this year’s Health and Wellness Summit to learn more about the eight dimensions of wellness and how to incorporate well-being into their daily lives. If you missed the Summit, all session recordings are posted on the Health and Wellness Summit website for the next six months!
