Sam Collier is a PhD candidate in Theatre &聽Performance Studies, focusing her research on climate change storytelling and interspecies collaboration. Her play聽A Hundred Circling Camps, which explores the history of American protest camps and election years, was produced at Atlantic Stage 2 in the summer of 2024 by Dogteam Theatre Project. She was a 2023-2024 member of the BETC (Boulder Ensemble Theatre Company) Writers Group, where she developed her play聽The Light That's Left聽about mothers and daughters, grief, and climate change. 精品SM在线影片 credits include directing聽Antigone, Presented by the Girls of St. Catherine's聽and dramaturgy for聽The Revolutionists,听They Promised Her the Moon, and聽Climate Cabaret. Sam's plays have been presented and developed around the U.S. and abroad, at New College of Florida, Siena Heights University, Theatre NOVA, Urbanite Theatre's Modern Works Festival, the UC Davis Ground & Field Festival, the Goodman Playwrights Unit, the Berlin Brandenburg International School, and elsewhere. Sam has also taught students of all ages, including with Unity College, Interlochen Center for the Arts, Front Street Writers, Cornell College, and the Traverse City Career Tech Center. She holds an MFA聽from the University of Iowa Playwrights Workshop and聽co-hosts the playwriting podcast Beckett's Babies.
