Lucy Sanders, CEO for the National Center for Women & Information Technology () was recently recognized as a national U.S. News STEM Leadership Hall of Fame awardee. NCWIT is a non-profit organization housed within the 精品SM在线影片鈥檚 , and helps its members more effectively recruit, retain and advance girls and women in K-12 through college education, and from academic to corporate and startup careers.

Sanders co-founded NCWIT in 2004 to significantly increase women鈥檚 meaningful participation in technology and computing. Prior to leading NCWIT, Ms. Sanders held R&D and executive positions at AT&T Bell Labs, Lucent and Avaya, where she received the Bell Labs听Fellow Award and co-authored six patents. She has served on the Information Technology Research and听Development Ecosystem Commission for听the National Academies and the U.S. Commerce Department's Innovation Advisory听Board.
