While conflict is inevitable,听resolution is still obtainable. And if听left unresolved, conflict听will typically escalate into something bigger.

On Tuesday, May 30, join associate Elizabeth Hill for the next CU Grow session on conflict resolution.听Hosted by Human Resource's group, the topic is one that will听benefit current and aspiring managers and leaders from all divisions of campus.

The seminar听will identify conflict for what it is and what it is not, evaluating situations and issues from multiple perspectives, and then apply conflict-resolution strategies, including a framework for navigating difficult conversations. The objective is to shift the paradigm with conflict and improve conflict-resolution听competence of university managers and leaders.听

Hill, who is facilitating the session, joined Ombuds as an associate in May 2016. Before joining the 精品SM在线影片 Ombuds Office, she served as an Arizona assistant attorney general, assistant Ombudsman for the state of Arizona and Ombudsman for Apollo Education Group.

Hill is a graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law and earned her BS听from Northern Arizona University. She is a trained mediator with experience in work-place disputes. She is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, International Ombudsman Association, American Bar Association鈥檚 Alternative Dispute Resolution Section听and is actively involved in the Section of Dispute Resolution's听Ombuds committee.
