With a staff of highly-trained health care professionals who have specialized in college health, Wardenburg staff听focuses on enabling student success through comprehensive care and education.
All fee-paying students have free access to nurse assessments, flu shots, nutrition consultations, consultations with a physical therapist, individual counseling sessions, groups and workshops, and more.听听for more information.
All students are welcome to use Wardenburg Health Services for their health needs, regardless of insurance status. However,听outside insurance will not be billed.
Using Wardenburg Health Services
Scheduling an appointment
Many services require an appointment to ensure you are seen at the time you prefer. To make an appointment, you can call any of the Wardenburg听clinics听or schedule online through the (log in with your Identikey). Same-day appointments are available for many services.
Checking in
If this is your first visit, please arrive 15听minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out the necessary paperwork at our check-in kiosks. At all other visits, please be a few minutes early to check in.
Canceling an appointment
Appointments must be canceled by 5 p.m.听the听business day before your appointment by phone only. Missed appointments and late cancellations will result in a fee.
Payments and billing
An electronic bill will be sent to the patient鈥檚 email address on file. Once you鈥檝e received your bill, you can 听to view and print your statement and pay your bill online. Payments also can be made in person, by phone or听by mail with听cash, check听or credit card.
Follow-up
MyCUHealth can also be used to securely message with your provider. Reach out with questions听or to further discuss your specific health needs through this secure online platform.
